Incident Reporting by VWOs

The attached Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) on Incident Reporting deals with the immediate and follow-up reports on significant incidents of a serious nature in all facilities that are regulated and / or funded by NCSS. How significant incidents are managed, especially those attracting media attention, will have impact on the public confidence in NCSS and the VWOs. NCSS, when alerted, can provide guidance or advise on any action to be taken to manage the incident or to activate assistance.

The Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) on Incident Reporting can be found here for downloading.

The reporting template to NCSS on Incident Reporting can be found here for downloading.
