Incident Reporting by VWOs

The ability to manage incidents at VWO have significant impact on clients. How incidents are managed, especially those attracting media attention, will have impact on public confidence in the service and management of VWOs. Timely notification of such incidents from VWOs would allow NCSS to provide appropriate guidance and suggestion on ways to address key issues and continue with services. Please refer to the guide below and use the reporting template for incident reporting.
