National Day Award |

| The Singapore National Day Award (NDA) is a national level award conferred by the office of the Prime Minister. The purpose of the Award is to honour and recognise various forms of merit and service to the nation. |

Friend of MCYS Award and the Outstanding MCYS Volunteer Award |

| The Friend of MCYS Award was launched in 1995. This annual award is presented to individual volunteers or organisations which have made significant contributions to committees or projects under the purview of MCYS. |

| The Outstanding MCYS Volunteer Award was launched in 1995 to recognise individuals or groups of volunteers who have contributed significantly to various groups served by MCYS. |

Long
Service Award for MCYS and VWO volunteers |
| The Long Service Award for volunteers from MCYS
and the voluntary welfare organisations (VWO), aims to recognise volunteers
who have rendered 5, 10, 25 or 30 years of service to the Ministry
or to the social service sector. |

President's Social Service Award |
 |
The President's Social Service Award (PSSA) is a highly prestigious award conferred by the office of the President of the Republic of Singapore. It honours and recognises outstanding voluntary contributions made to the social service sector.
The purpose of this award is to inspire individuals, groups, organisations, and corporations to share their resources, time, and expertise to bring about a higher level of community involvement in Singapore.
If you have a volunteer who has demonstrated long-term (past, present and future) commitment to social service needs of the community and served as a role model for others to emulate, you may wish to nominate him/her for this award.

National Volunteerism & Philanthropy Awards |

| The National Volunteerism & Philanthropy Awards give recognition to best practices in volunteerism and philanthropy. The Awards take volunteerism and philanthropy recognition beyond the individual to the institutions and people who help make them happen. |

Outstanding Social Worker Award |
 |
The Outstanding Social Worker Award which commenced in 1998 is into its 10th year. This event is jointly organised by the Singapore Association of Social Workers and the National Council of Social Service, with the support of Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports and ExxonMobil.
The Outstanding Social Worker Award (OSWA) is the highest award conferred by the President of Singapore to acknowledge and recognise the outstanding contributions by dedicated social workers of Singapore to the social service, healthcare or community sector. |

The Promising Social Worker Award (PSWA) introduced in 2008 accords recognition to social workers who are newer to the field and nonetheless have made a difference in the lives of clients and the community alike. |
