Comcare Fund
1) Comcare Enterprise Fund (CEF)
The CEF provides seed funding to social enterprise start-ups that provide employment and training opportunities to disadvantaged Singapore Citizens, who could be:
- ex-offenders;
- older, less educated;
- recovering from psychiatric illnesses .

Up to 80% of the total project cost, subject to a maximum of $300,000.

2) Comcare Social Support Projects Fund (CSPF)
Under CSPF, $10 million has been set aside to fund new or enhanced programmes that address an existing service gap and benefit the needy in our community. Grassroots, Voluntary Welfare and other community-based Organisations can propose pilot programmes and ComCare will help provide the initial funding.

Up to 50% of the total cost of the project for up to a maximum of 3 years.

National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre

New Initiative Grant (NIG)
Up to $200,000 in funding for initiative strong in volunteerism and/or philanthropy.

1) Youth Development Fund (YDF)
The Youth Development Fund (YDF) is a grant scheme that helps Youth Organisations initiate and implement projects which benefit the community and society. It encourages the youths in Youth Organisations to get together as a team to conceptualise, plan and carry out projects that benefit others.

2) Youth Organisation Capability Development Fund (YOCDF)
The aim is to help Youth Organisations embark on capacity-building and organisation-strengthening initiatives through 3 schemes.
The 3 schemes of YOCDF are:
- Youth Organisation Development (YOD) Scheme
- Youth Development Tools and Curriculum (YDT&C) Scheme
- Young Social Entrepreneur (YSE) Incubator Scheme

Incentives and value-added assistance worth up to $70,000 per project through 3 different schemes. |
3) Overseas Youth Programme Grant (OYPG)
The Overseas Youth Programme Grant (OYPG) supports overseas youth programmes that encourage youth development and benefit the community. |
Seed money funding is up to 50% of allowable project cost. Up to $10,000 per calendar year. |
4) Singapore– ASEAN Youth Fund
This Fund supports partnerships among ASEAN youth and Youth Organisations, thus contributing to greater understanding and closer ties within the ASEAN community. The Fund aims to foster ASEAN unity in ASEAN youth and promote greater awareness of ASEAN internationally. |
Up to a cap of $20,000 per project. |
Direct Funding by Tote Board |
Direct Funding is for specific projects with well-defined and specific outcomes. Such projects can be a one-time or multi-year commitment. |

Yellow Ribbon Fund The Yellow Ribbon Fund (YRF) supports the needs for aftercare and reintegration services and programmes for ex-offenders as well as their families and children. |
