I would describe NCSS as a hybrid between the civil service and the private sector. It really has the best of both worlds. Passion keeps me going but its also the knowledge that I have made a difference and will continue to make a difference, be it directly or indirectly, in the life of someone out there. Requirements	:	- Degree/Master in Social Work - Preferred 5 years of direct practice experience (including minimum 2 years supervisory experience) - Familiar with Case Management - Possess knowledge & good understanding of issues among youths & children - Good team player and possess excellent communication skills

Job Description	:	- Work with children, youths & parents and various agencies. - Supervise junior staff in the team - Conduct life-skills training for youths & children - Work effectively in a team environment
