THE PRESIDENT'S SOCIAL SERVICE AWARD (PSSA)

The President's Social Service Award (PSSA) is a highly prestigious award, conferred by the office of the President of the Republic of Singapore. It honours and recognises outstanding voluntary contributions made to the social service sector.

The purpose of this award is to inspire individuals, groups, organisations, and corporations to share their resources, time, and expertise to bring about a higher level of community involvement in Singapore.

Nominations for the President's Social Service Award 2008 open from 2 July 2008 until 1 August 2008.

All nominations must be made on the prescribed nomination form and submitted to the PSSA Secretariat by 6.00pm Friday, 1 August 2008. Nomination forms must be submitted in hard-copy. Email and fax submissions will not be entertained.
