"I suffered two strokes which has left me with a weak right arm and a slurred speech.  With help from SPD, I acquired basic work skills that I now put into good use at a warehouse at Henderson Industrial Park." 

About 1,300 persons with disabilities helped by Community Chest in 2008 were able to gain skills and employment opportunities.
