The highlight of this conference will be the 5th Henry Lim Lecture featuring keynote speaker, Prof John H. Growdon, from the Harvard Medical School.

Equip yourself with the necessary life skills and strategies to cope with caregiving-related issues at these workshops organised by the Asian Women's Welfare Association’s Centre for Caregivers. Learn the importance of self care and how to maximise the support available for you. Each participant will receive a free caregiver’s handbook. These workshops are conducted in English (at Tampines and Jurong Library) and Mandarin (at Toa Payoh Library).
