Microsoft Open License Charity Programme

Under the programme, NCSS member VWOs can purchase Microsoft software licenses at discounted price (up to 70% discount) from its authorised dealers.

Eligibility Criteria

	NCSS member VWOs
	For VWOs with multiple centres, requests should be put up via their headquarters
	The Microsoft software shall be used for administrative purposes or direct services
	A minimum of five licenses for the first purchase upon receipt of the charity pricing letter and any quantities thereafter within the period of one year
	VWOs have to submit a new request after the expiry of the charity pricing letter
