COE Exemption for VWO Vehicles
The COE Exemption Scheme allows VWOs to be exempted from payment of the COE/Prevailing Quota Premium (PQP) and Additional Registration Fee (ARF), for Category C vehicles (ie. passenger vans) that are used to run their direct welfare services.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be:

a member of NCSS or has the support of an overseeing Ministry, and |
|
conferred the Institution of a Public Character (IPC) status |

Application Procedures
NCSS members
Login to the VWO Corner online application for COE/PQP/ARF waiver.
Non-NCSS members
Please submit a copy of the Application Form and Annex A in hard copy together with the following:
The latest Annual Report or a brief write-up of your organisation's current activities/services/programmes |

The processing fee for non-NCSS members as indicated below. |

Non-NCSS members - $42.00 (with GST) per application |
Approval
The approval for COE/ARF waiver is valid for six months. The VWO must purchase and register the vehicle with the LTA within six months and submit the proof of registration to NCSS.
The VWO must ensure that the vehicle be used for the stated purpose.
