Shared Service Grant

VCF Shared Services Grant

for iServe - Finance and Accounting Shared Services

The Charity Council, in partnership with MCYS, MOH, NCSS and SSC, has appointed ST Electronics (e-Services) Pte Ltd to deliver a new finance and accounting shared service for charities and IPCs, including VWOs and National Sports Associations (NSAs).

The project, iServe, which stands for Integrated Shared Services for Excellence, will help charities and IPCs to better focus on delivering core programmes to beneficiaries and outsource finance and accounting administrative functions to an independent shared services provider.

The following are eligible to apply for the VCF Shared Services Grant:

	Registered charities
	Registered IPCs
	Exempted charities

Period	Funding
1 Oct 2009 - 30 Sep 2010	75% of monthly charge	Capped at $100,000 per charity/IPC over 3 years (From 1 Oct 2009 - 30 Sep 2012)
1 Oct 2010 - 30 Sep 2011	50% of monthly charge
1 Oct 2011 - 30 Sep 2012	25% of monthly charge
